Licensing and disclosures

Required disclosures for reverse mortgage advertising and lending.

Licensing

Remarkable Home Loans, NMLS 1805193. 62 E 800 N, #202, Spanish Fork, UT 84660. We are licensed in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Iowa. Verify our licensing at the NMLS Consumer Access website.

Government affiliation

This material is not from HUD or FHA and has not been approved by HUD or any government agency. Remarkable Home Loans is not affiliated with or acting on behalf of any government agency.

Reverse mortgage borrower obligations

A reverse mortgage increases the loan balance over time as interest and fees accrue, and reduces the equity in your home. Borrowers must continue to pay property taxes, homeowners insurance, and any applicable HOA dues, must maintain the property, and must occupy the home as their principal residence. Failure to meet these obligations may cause the loan to become due and payable and could result in foreclosure.

Counseling

All HECM applicants must complete a counseling session with an independent HUD-approved counseling agency before an application can be processed.

Not a commitment to lend

Information on this site is for educational purposes and is not a commitment to lend, nor is it legal, tax, or financial advice. Loan approval is subject to underwriting, appraisal, program guidelines, and applicant qualification. Rates, program terms, and fees are subject to change without notice. Not all applicants will qualify.

Equal Housing Opportunity

We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
